Complete A Service or Request Information
Complete a REQUEST A SERVICE form and SUBMIT or call to order a Service or Request. A) If ordering a Service you will receive and estimate and/or tender from our authorized Service Providers. Decide and select the Service Provider for your service(s). Arrange an appointment and have work completed. B) If ordering a member discount voucher or an Additional Member Service Request you will receive an email or mail from your Home Expert. Print and present discount voucher or follow instructions on Request process
Submit Payment (where necessary)
OPTION 1 Sign authorized Service Provider work order and pay Service Provider directly. Scan copy of receipt (or complete online) and forward to Manage Your Home for warranty records. OPTION 2 Sign Manage Your Home form and make payment payable to Manage Your Home if using 14 Day Payment Protection Program.
